P23-Entire Agreement
Objective Form
23.1 This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and may
be modified only in writing signed by both parties. No promise
representation warranty covenant or condition not expressly included herein
has been or is relied upon by either party.
Comments
The "Entire Agreement" section is commonly found in agreements of many
types. It attempts to rule out later claims by either party that the agreement
between them contained or was modified by other agreements or promises,
written or oral.
