P22-Notices

                        
22.1  All notices, consents, communications or transmittals required under this
Agreement shall be in writing, and shall be deemed to be properly served if
placed in the United States registered or certified mail, postage prepaid,
addressed as follows:

written notice to the other party sent in like manner.
