LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT OF LEASE dated as of the date specified in Item
1 of the Term Sheet, between the party (herein called "Landlord")
identified as Landlord in Item 2 of the Term Sheet and the party
(herein called "Tenant") identified as Tenant in Item
3 of the Term Sheet.
W I T N E SS E T H:
Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from
Landlord, the Premises described in Paragraph 1(h) below, for
the term and subject to the terms, covenants, agreements and conditions
hereinafter set forth, to each and all of which Landlord and Tenant
hereby mutually agree.
