34. RELATIONSHIP
The relationship between the parties hereto is solely that of
landlord and tenant and nothing contained herein shall constitute
or be construed as establishing any other relationship between
the parties, including, without limitation, the relationship of
principal and agent, employer and employee or parties engaged
in a partnership in a partnership or joint venture. Without limiting
the foregoing, it is specifically understood that neither party
is the agent of the other and neither is in any way empowered
to bind the other to use the name of the other in connection with
the construction, maintenance or operation of the Premises, except
as otherwise specifically provided herein.
