33. NOTICES
All notices provided for or desired to be sent by the parties
shall be in writing, and shall be delivered by the United States
certified or registered, postage prepaid, or by prepaid overnight
mail delivery service providing written evidence of delivery,
and addressed as follows: to Tenant at the address specified in
Item 23 of the Term Sheet, or to such other place as Tenant may
from time to time designate in a notice to Landlord; to Landlord
at the address specified in Item 23 of the Term Sheet, or to such
other place as Landlord may from time to time designate in a notice
to Tenant.
All notices personally delivered shall be deemed received on the
date of delivery. The date of notice by certified mail shall be
deemed to be the date of certification thereof. The date of notice
by overnight mail service shall be the date the airbill is signed
by the recipient.
