31. MICROWAVE DISH
Tenant shall have the right to install a microwave dish on the
roof of the Building at Tenant's sole cost and expense. The installation,
size and location of such dish shall meet the specifications of
the Landlord and comply with all governmental requirements (local,
state and federal), but prior to any such installation, such installation,
such specifications and location shall be reviewed and approved
by Landlord. Tenant shall execute and deliver to Landlord a standard
form License Agreement whose term coincides with the term of the
Lease.
