28. ESTOPPEL CERTIFICATE BY TENANT
Upon not less than twenty (20) days' prior written notice by Landlord,
Tenant shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord an estoppel
certificate in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit
F and made a part hereof by reference.
