26. QUIET ENJOYMENT
Landlord warrants and represents that it own and has the right
to lease the Premises for the Initial Term and any Extended Term
if applicable. Landlord further warrants that Tenant, on paying
the Rent or any applicable Extended Term Rent and performing the
covenants by it herein made, shall and may peaceably and quietly
have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the Initial Term and any
Extended Term, if applicable, of the Lease.
