12. SIGN
Landlord shall provide Tenant, at Landlord's expense, the following
listings and signs: (i) listing on the Building and appropriate
floor directories; and (ii) a sign on the exterior wall, door
or pillar of the Premises inside the Building in conformance with
Landlord's Building standards.
