2. PREMISES

Landlord and Tenant agree that the Premises contain the number of rentable square feet and usable square feet specified in Item 11 of the Term Sheet, and the Building contains the number of rentable square feet and usable square feet specified in Item 11 of the Term Sheet. Those measurements were made using the American National Standard Method of Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings, ANSI Z65.1-1980, published by the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA Standards) in effect as of the Term Commencement Date.

Tenant and its agents, employees and invitees have the non-exclusive right with others designated by Landlord to the free use of the Common Areas and the land on which the Building is located for the Common Areas' intended and normal purpose. Landlord may change the Common Areas if the changes do not materially and unreasonably interfere with Tenant's access to the Premises or use of them.
