SIGNS

Tenant shall not affix, nor cause to be affixed to any part of the Building
of which the Demised Premises are a part, any sign., advertisement or notice
without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent shall not be
unreasonably withheld or delayed. Landlord shall provide, at Landlord's
expense, signs containing Tenant's name and logo on all directories of the
building and on the door or doors entering the Demised Premises, consistent
with lettering and colors of the building and Tenant's standards, Landlord
shall not permit any other Tenant or occupant of the building to place signs
on the outside of the building.  Landlord shall not change the name of the
building without Tenant's prior written consent.

GRAPHICS     Landlord agrees to provide and install, at Tenant's cost, all
letters or numerals on entrance doors for the leased premises; all such
letters and numerals shall be in the building standard graphics, and no
others shall be used or permitted on the leased premises.

SIGNS AND BUILDING NAME
     Tenant shall have the exclusive right to require to be installed by
Landlord in conformance with Tenant's specifications, an illuminated or
non-illuminated sign to the exterior wall or roof of the Building provided
such sign does not violate any governmental law, ordinance or regulation.
In the event Landlord desires to name or rename the Building at any time
during the term hereof then Landlord shall obtain the written approval of
Tenant to such new name.

Tenant shall have the right to place in and about the premises, and on or at
any door or entrance leading directly thereto, such signs as it may desire
for the advertising and promoting of its business,, which signs shall be
subject to applicable rules and regulations of the municipal or other
competent authorities. No such sign shall be unsightly, all such signs shall
be removed by Tenant at the termination of this lease, and Tenant shall
repair any damage to Landlord's property caused by the removal of such
signs.
