PARAGRAPH CAPTIONS
Paragraph captions herein are for Landlord's and Tenant's con-
venience only, and neither limit nor amplify the provisions of this
Lease.
(2)
Captions: The Captions are inserted only as a matter of convenience and
for reference and in no way define, limit or describe the scope of this
Lease nor the intent of any provision thereof.
(3)
The caption of each paragraph is added as a matter of convenience
only and shall be considered of no effect in the construction of any
provision or provisions of this Lease.
(4)
CAPTIONS AND SECTION NUMBERS. The captions and paragraph
numbers appearing anywhere in this Lease are inserted only as a matter
of convenience fo reference and in no way define, limit, construe or
describe the scope or intent of this Lease or of any such paragraphs of
this Lease nor in any other way affect this Lease or any part thereof.
(5)
Pronouns
The use of the neuter singular pronoun in referring to the Landlord
shall, nevertheless, be deemed a proper reference even though the
Landlord may be an individual, a coporation, a partnership or a group
of two or more individuals or corporations.
(6)
PRONOUNS
This lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of
the successors and assigns of Landlord, and shall be binding upon and
inure to the benefit of Tenant, its successors, and, to the extent as-
signment may be approved by Landlord hereunder, Tenant's assigns. The
pronouns of any gender shall include the other genders, and either the
singular or the plural shall include the other.
