SUPPLEMENTAL - ATTORNEYS FEES

ATTORNEY'S FEES
         In the event Tenant makes default in the performance of any of
the terms, covenants, agreements or conditions contained in this lease
and Landlord places the enforcement of this lease, or any part thereof,
or the collection of any rent due, or to become due hereunder or re-
covery of the possession of the leased premises in the hands of an at-
torney, or files suit upon the same, Tenant agrees to pay Landlord rea-
sonable attorney's fees.

(2)
         ATTORNEY'S FEES.  If, on account of any breach or default by
Landlord or Tenant of their obligations to any of the parties hereto,
under the terms, conditions and covenants of this lease, it shall be-
come necessary for any of the parties hereto to employ an attorney to
enforce or defend any of its right or remedies hereunder, and should
such party prevail, it shall be entitled to any reasonable attorney's
fees incurred in such connection.

(3)
EXPENSES OF ENFORCEMENT.

         The Tenant shall pay upon demand all Landlord's costs, charges
and expenses including the fees and out-of-pocket expenses of counsel,
agents and others retained by Landlord incurred in enforcing the Ten-
ant's obligations hereunder or incurred by the Landlord in any litiga-
tion, negotiation or transaction in which the Tenant causes the
Landlord without the Landlord's fault to become involved or concerned.
