Short-Form Lease: Upon the request of either Lessor or Lessee, the
parties hereto will execute and acknowledge a short-form lease for
purposes of recording, which said short-form lease shall describe the
property described in Exhibit A as being subject to rights, covenants
and restrictions herein contained.

Short Form Lease.  This Lease shall not be recorded, but the parties
agree, at the request of either of them, to execute a Short Form Lease
for recording, containing the name of the parties, the legal description
and the term of the Lease.

Article - Notice of Lease.  Upon request of Lessor or Lessee, the parties
shall execute and deliver a recordable notice of this Agreement and Lease
in compliance with the applicable laws.

Short Form of Lease.  This Lease shall not be recorded but the parties
agree, at the request of either of them, to execute a Short Form of Lease
for recording, containing, interalia, the names of the parties, the legal
description of Leased Premises, the term of the lease and the right of
Lessee to extend the same.
