Arbitration:	In all such cases where this lease provides for the settlement of
a dispute or question by arbitration the same shall be settled by arbitration
which arbitration shall be conducted in                          in accordance
with the rules, then obtaining, of the American Arbitration Association Or its
successor, and judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any
court having jurisdiction thereof.  Each party to the arbitration shall pay half
the cost thereof.
