Attorneys' Fees: Should either party commence an action against the other
to enforce any obligation hereunder the prevailing party shall be entitled to
recover a reasonable attorney's fee from the other.

Attorney's Fees: If either party named herein brings a action to enforce the
terms hereof or declare rights hereunder the prevailing party in any such
action, on trial or appeal, shall be entitled to his reasonable attorney's fees
to be paid by the losing party as fixed by the court.
