Consent of Parties: Whenever consent or approval of either party is
required, that party shall not unreasonably withhold such consent or
approval.

Approval of Lessor: Whenever in this lease Lessor's approval is required,
such approval shall be required to be in writing and Lessor covenants that
such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Lessor's Consent: Whenever a clause of this lease requires Lessor's
consent or approval, the Lessor expressly covenants and agrees not to
withhold or delay his consent unreasonably.
