SEVERABILITY, INVALIDITY
(1)
Severability: The unenforceability, invalidity, or illegality of any provision
shall not render the other provisions unenforceable, invalid, or illegal.
(2)
Invalidity: If any tern or provisions of this lease or the application thereof
to any person or circumstances shall, to any extent, be invalid or
unenforceable, the remainder of this lease, or the application of such
term or provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to
which it is held invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby
and each term and provision of this lease shall be valid and be enforced
to the fullest extent permitted by law.
(3)
Severability: The invalidity of any provision of this Lease, as determined
by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall in no way affect the validity of
any other provision hereof.
(4)
Invalidity. If any term or provision of this Lease or the application thereof
to any person or circumstance shall, to any extent, be judged invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions of this Lease, or the
application of such terms or provisions, to persons or circumstances other
than those as to which is is held invalid or unenforceable, shall not be
affected thereby, and each term and provision of this Lease shall be valid
and be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted.
(5)
Severability. If any term or provision of this Lease shall to any extent be
held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions of this
Lease shall not be affected thereby, but each term and provision of this
Lease shall be valid and be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
