Annual Statements:  Lessee further agrees to furnish Lessor annually 
within ______ day of the end of each fiscal year, with a copy of its annual
audited statement, and agrees that Lessor may deliver such statements to its
mortgagee.

     Lessee's Statement:  Lessee and its guarantor shall provide annual
financial information, when requested in writing by Lessor's mortgagee.
Financial information shall be limited to the consolidated balance sheets and
profit and loss statements of guarantor and Lessee, certified by a certified
public accountant or an officer of Lessee and guarantor.
