CANCELLATION


(1)
     Termination of Lease:  Except as provided in paragraphs (         ), if a
party elects to terminate this Lease as allowed in this Lease, on the date the
Lease terminates the parties shall be released from further liabilities and
obligations and Lessor shall return to Lessee any unearned rent, as long as
Lessee is not in default on the date the Lease terminates.

(2)
     Termination:  Upon written notice to Lessor of no less than 45 calendar
days, Lessee may terminate this Lease at any time after the first 12 months of
the term of this Lease.

(3)
     Right of Cancellation:  The Lessee shall have the right to terminate this
Lease effective at any time on or after _____________________ provided that


Lessee shall furnish written notice to the Lessor at least one hundred eighty
(180) days prior to the effective date of termination.

(4)
 Termination:  Either party shall have the right to terminate this lease at any
time by giving the other party thirty days notice of its intent to terminate.

(5)
                                    OPTIONS

     Option to Cancel:  Lessee shall have the option to cancel this Lease upon
giving the Lessor written notice of its intention so to do on or before April 
1, 1982, said cancellation to become effective September 30, 1982.  As a
condition of said cancellation, Lessee shall remit to Lessor the sum of _______
______________________________ with its notice of cancellation.  Said sum 
constitutes the amount due Lessor to effect cancellation of this Lease.
Receipt of said sum shall not constitute a waiver by Lessor of any other right
or remedy it may have under the terms of this Lease.
