RIGHT OF ENTRY


(1)
INSPECTION OF PREMISES.  Lessee shall permit Lessor and its duly
authorized representative to enter upon Leased Premises at all reasonable
times during business hours for the purpose of inspecting the same and of
making repairs or replacements assumed by Lessor.

(2)
Inspection of Premises: Lessor at reasonable times, may go upon and into
the premises for the purpose of inspecting same, or for the purpose of
inspecting the performance of Lessee of the terms and conditions hereof,
and for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and repairing the premises
pursuant to the terms hereof.

(3)
Lessor's Right to Inspect and Display: The Lessor shall have the right, at
reasonable times during the term of this lease, to enter the leased premises
upon prior notice for the purpose of examining or inspecting same and of
making such repairs or alterations therein as the Lessor shall deem
necessary.

(4)
Lessor's Right to Inspect and Display: The Lessor shall have the right, at
reasonable times during the term of this Lease, to enter the leased
premises for the purpose of examining or inspecting same and of making
such repairs or alterations therein as the Lessor shall deem necessary.
The Lessor shall also have the right to enter the leased premises at all
reasonable hours for the purpose of displaying said premises to
prospective tenants within ninety days prior to the termination of this
Lease.

(5)
Inspection:	The Lessor reserves the right to enter and inspect the
leased premises, at reasonable times, and to render services and made
any necessary repairs to the premises.

(6)
Right of Entry: The Lessee covenants and agrees that the Lessor, or the
Lessor's agent or representative, shall have the right to enter upon the
demised premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of examining or
inspecting the demised premises and to observe the compliance or
noncompliance by the Lessee with the terms of this lease, and for the
purpose of exhibiting the same to prospective purchasers and lessees.

(7)
Lessor's Access: Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter
the Premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same,
showing the same to prospective purchasers, or lenders.  Lessor may at
any time place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Sale" signs
and Lessor may at any time during the last one hundred twenty (120)
days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For
Sale or Lease" signs, all without rebate of rent or liability to Lessee.

(8)
Access by Lessor: Lessor, its agents and employees, shall have access to
and the right to enter upon the Leased Premises at any reasonable time to
examine the condition thereof, to make any repairs required to be made by
Lessor hereunder, to show the Leased Premises to prospective purchasers
or Building tenants, and for any other purpose deemed reasonable by Lessor.

(9)
Lessor shall have the right to enter the leased premises at reasonable times
for the purpose of performing its obligations hereunder, but shall not
unreasonably interfere with the conduct by Lessee of its business in the
leased premises.

(10)
Right of Entry: The Lessor shall, at all reasonable times, have the right to
enter the Premises to supply janitor and other services to be provided by
Lessor provided such entry shall not interfere with the business of the
Lessee.  With the consent of the Lessee, which consent shall not be
unreasonably withheld, the Lessor shall have the right to exhibit the
Premises to prospective purchasers and, during the last six (6) months
of this lease, to prospective tenants.  All such rights of entry shall be
subject to the security regulations of the Lessee.

(11)
Right of Entry: Lessor reserves and shall at any and all times have the right
to enter the Premises to inspect the same, to supply janitor and any other
service to be provided by Lessor to Lessee hereunder, to exhibit the
Premises to prospective purchasers or Lessee's and to alter, improve, or
repair the Premises and any portion of the building providing that the
business of the Lessee shall not be interfered with.

(12)
Right of Entry: Subject to Lessee's security regulations, the Lessor may at
all reasonable times enter upon the premises for the purposes of inspecting
the same and making repairs, restorations and/or alterations thereto as it
may be required or permitted to make under the terms of this Lease.

(13)
Access by Landlord: Lessor and/or its agents shall have the right to enter
the Lease Premises at all reasonable times to inspect the Lease Premises
or make such alterations, maintenance, repairs or improvements as Lessor
shall deem necessary or desirable, or to show the Lease Premises to
prospective purchasers, tenants, or for any other purpose deemed
reasonable by Lessor.  Lessee shall not be entitled to any abatement or
reduction of rent by reason thereof.

(14)
ACCESS TO LEASED PREMISES.  Lessee shall have, and Lessor does
hereby grant to Lessee, a right-of-way for ingress and egress to and from
LEASED PREMISES

                                     or,

such other way or ways that may be satisfactory to Lessee, said way or
ways to be of sufficient width and suitably paved to accommodate heavy
truck and other vehicular traffic to be used in common with others having
the right to use the same, which means of ingress and egress shall be
provided by Lessor and ready for use by Lessee as of the commencement
date of this Lease.  Lessor and Lessee agree that said way or ways shall
be unobstructed at all times and used in such a manner as shall not
unreasonably interfere with the use thereof by others having the right to
use the same; and notice of these provisions shall be given by Lessor to
all other tenants of                                          .
