see and Lessee does hereby take and hire from Lessor, the following described 
real property (hereinafter referred to as the leased premises):

together with the fixtures and equipment located thereon and with all the 
rights, easements and appurtenances thereto and therewith usually held and 
enjoyed; for a term of __________________________ beginning ___________________ 
and ending ___________________________, and subject to renewal and extension by 
Lessee as hereinafter provided at a rent of ___________________________ Dollars

     That for and in consideration of the payment by Sublessee of the rent 
here-inafter reserved and the performance by Sublessee of the covenants and 
agreements hereinafter agreed to be performed by it, and in accordance with 
all of the provisions hereinafter set forth, Sublessor does hereby sublet and 
demise unto the Sublessee and Sublessee does hereby take and hire from the 
Sub-lessor _____________________________________, which is leased to the Sub-
lessor by the Lessor under the aforementioned lease dated __________________.

     Relationship of Parties:  Nothing contained herein shall be deemed or 
construed by the parties hereto, nor by any third party, as creating the rela-
tionship of principal and agent, or of partnership, or of joint venture by the 
parties hereto, it being understood and agreed that no provisions contained in 
this Lease, nor any acts of the parties hereto, shall be deemed to create any 
relationship other than the relationship of Lessor and Lessee.
