Solid knowledge of land use, construction costs, construction, scheduling and processes related to renovation work. 4 year degree or equivalent experience3-5 years related experience required Demonstrate supervisory, project management and leadership skills. Excellent people, organizational and communications skills, written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of construction documents. Proven successful vendor management skills. Strong ability to collaborate within the corporate environment |
