Wanted: Director, Real Estate Reporting and Analysis for Mutual of Omaha
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct the accounting, research and reporting for Mutual's real estate and property holdings including ECR.
- Direct the preparation of GAAP financial statements for ECR.
- Direct and prepare research and interpretations of accounting principles related to Mutual's real estate and property and used in the preparation of ECR's GAAP financial statements, footnotes and reports to management and rating agencies.
- Direct and prepare annual projections and business plans as they relate to the Mutual's real estate operations. Utilize operating budgets and cash flow projections provided by the Director, East Campus Realty Operations, to prepare financial projections and other forecasts for ECR.
- Coordinate the independent audit annual audit of ECR.
- Provide reports and financial analysis to senior management of ECR and Mutual to effectively communicate the operating results of ECR. Participate in the analysis of the financial results. Assist in the interpretation and implementation of techniques to minimize expenses and maximize revenues.
