Position Summary:

Dawn Taylor Associates, Inc., an executive recruitment firm specializing in Real Estate, seeks a Structured Finance Director/Vice President for our client, a prominent Real Estate Private Equity firm.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for restructuring debt, loan modifications, workouts and replacing debt with equity extensions
  • Perform conversions of fixed rate debt and cash projections
  • Negotiate and provide oversight of all originated loans
  • Responsible for critical analysis of legal and structural risks
  • Supervise the analysis of structured debt and joint venture financing transactions
  • Oversee the evaluation and underwriting of distressed mortgage debt and investments
  • Assess risks regarding operating statements, budgets and cash flows
  • Arrange debt and equity financing for acquisition and recapitalization
  • Negotiate and structure deal components of recapitalizations including debt/equity proportions
