Description: A leading real estate investment management company is looking for a Director - Real Estate Asset Management, to manage, direct, and coordinate asset management operations and administration of the real estate portfolio. The Director will work directly with the CEO to develop business plans, evaluate economic trends and competitive market conditions, assist in developing hold/sell recommendations, forecast short and long term performance for all holdings, and supervise the asset management department and staff.
