Toyota's decision to build a US$1.3-billion plant in Tupelo, Miss., has been the biggest news lately in business location. But ThyssenKrupp has some even bigger news on the horizon. The German giant is weighing its final decision on a $2.9-billion steel plant that it's going to build in one of two southern states.
